Cannot Save Notes In Clearbooks

Hi,

When I write and then save a note to a customer record, the note will not save.

Please advise if there is a fault as this is critical to what we do.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused by this problem. We had an issue this morning which caused certain forms not to save once they were submitted, but this has now been resolved.

Thank you for bringing it to our attention - you should now be able to use Clear Books with no issues.

I agree. It has now got worse, you cannot edit or save anything within Clearbooks

I think it's worse than that. I can't edit customers or suppliers in any way.

Clicking save after changing any details just refreshes the page back to the old details. I can create new suppliers ok. It's just editing them which doesn't work.
