Card failed

Card failed and I think it's probably to do with the address you are using for the card yet it's impossible to change any address settings until I have paid for the subscription... yet I can't pay for the subscription!?

Hi Simon,

Your address is not something that is recorded when paying by card - have you checked with your bank to find out if they have bocked this transaction or your card in general?
