Clearbooks not working and no one answering phones

Not sure if anyone else getting the same problem. I am getting the message
Please update your subscription to access Clearbooks Your subscription is managed by your accountant. Please contact them directly if you have any questions
Neither of these things are true.
Irritating as I was meant to be doing my billing and my VAT this morning!
