Mobile App does not sync

Is it just me (on iPhone) that can never get the Clearbooks app to work? Data is often garbled on screen and the app will never sync data properly, e.g. when you try and create a new invoice on the app.

Hi Sam,

Our apologies if you are experiencing difficulties with the app. I will pass your comments on to our Development Team.

In the meantime you may find it easier to simply access the Clear Books website from your phone's browser.

If you are finding the website difficult to navigate on your phone, you might want to try switching on our Minimaal Navigation option, which is still being tested, but was designed with portable devices in mind. You can currently do this by clicking on Labs at the top of your screen (it may be under the More drop-down menu) and selecting the appropriate Turn on button.
