Recurring Invoice not working

My recurring invoices have not been produced in draft form, I have had to do them manually!

Hi Shirley,

Just to update you, the fix is live but there is a large backlog of items being worked through on the system, so everything is taking a bit longer to recur than usual. We're predicting that the system should finish generating everything outstanding by this evening. Anything due for tomorrow should recur overnight as normal. I can see some have been recurred for today, on one of your accounts, but if there are any you need recurring urgently send us the details to contact support and we can do those manually for you.

Hi Shirley,

I'm really sorry about that. There is a small issue at the moment that is affecting recurring invoices and bills, the technical team are already aware of it and are currently working on a fix. This should be deployed sometime this evening, so everything should recur as normal from tomorrow. But I will post an update as soon as they confirm that everything is working as it should be. If you find that there is anything else that hasn't recurred properly, let us know and we can do those for you.
