We have currently been informed that our current clear books provider will no longer be allowing us to access the system and we have been advised to go through clear books directly to make the yearly payment could you please advise how we do this and can you confirm that although they have put us on the trial period we have actually been clear books customers for a number of years and we did not want to lose any of our accounts we also needed to invite to accountants to access clear books and can you advise her we would be able to do this .

You've posted this on the public forum - you'll be best submitting a secure ticket for something like this.

Hope it works out for the best, I can't imagine why somebody would stop you accessing the system but fingers crossed there's a simple solution without too much disruption.
