listInvoices API Issue

Problem reported by Chris Curtis 9 years ago

Hi,

The API appears to be returning zeros for a call to listInvoices.

I've tested it on both our servers and got the same result.

Array ( [0] => Clearbooks_Soap_1_0_Invoice Object ( [items] => Array ( ) [description] => [entityId] => [invoice_id] => 0 [invoice_prefix] => [invoiceNumber] => 0 [reference] => [dateCreated] => [dateDue] => [dateAccrual] => [creditTerms] => 0 [bankPaymentId] => 0 [project] => 0 [external_id] => [status] => [statementPage] => [themeId] => 1 [type] => [vatTreatment] => [multicurrency] => [gross] => 0 [net] => 0 [vat] => 0 [paid] => 0 [balance] => 0 [fxrate] => 0 ) ) Array ( [0] => 6132 )

Hi Chris,

We made some changes to the API recently but all our requests come back with the correct result. Could you open a support ticket and share the request you are making so we can investigate more?

Are you using this? https://github.com/clearbooks/clearbooks-soap-php

Lajos

yeah i'm using the library from github, that code was one of the main reasons I chose to use Clearbooks!

Just tried clearing the WSDL cache to see if that made a difference but it hasn't.

I will post a ticket shortly.

Hi Chris,

The API should work now. Could you still send your request please so we can investigate?

Thanks,
Lajos

Yep back now! Thanks!

Will do shortly.

On a different subject completely the Receiptbank import is no longer marking items as archived after import.

I think the issue maybe to do with the removal of the document management section from clearbooks.

Thanks for your help!

We are aware of the Receipt Bank issue and don't think it's on our side but we are still investigating.

Lajos
