Cis deduction

Cis deduction doesn't show up on my invoices. It's set to deduct at 20% as it has always been and shows up on invoice template breakdown but when you click onto draft it gives a gross figure. I've been through my settings and it's set up as usual. Is this some sort of system fault? Please can Someone advise. Many thanks Paul.
