NEW CIS Report

Can you advise why you have removed the period range from the Subcontractors CIS report?. The old style report clearly showed the period the report covered ie 6th January 2016 - 5th February!. now the report only shows the date the report was locked and saved?!! I find this very confusing for the subbies!. in the past they can clearly collate each months report and issue to their accountant! now it is likely each report will have a different date in the month on it!.

Does it? I'm looking at a couple of returns [old and new] and can see the following:

We don't submit through Clear Books though so perhaps you're losing the date after submitting for some reason?

It does on the summary but when you go into the PDF version for the Subbie? it only prints the one date, the one when you locked, saved and printed! I have had an email from Clearbooks and they are looking to rectify it ASAP.

Arrr ok. As I say, we submit elsewhere and also produce the subbie payments certs elsewhere so I didn't know.

CB are working quite heavily on CIS so fingers crossed they'll have it sorted soon.

Hi Claire,

This should be fixed now, you can download the PDFs again and they will contain the dates of the return. Sorry for the inconvenience.
