COMPANY SHOWING A 'TRIAL ENDED' WE HAVE BEEN SUBSCRIBING FOR 18 MONTHS - URGENT PLEASE

On one of our companies Telecom Solutions International, it is showing that trial has ended.

We have been subscribing and using this for the past 18 month.

Can you please investigate ?

Hi Charline,

Apologies for the delayed response. This is to confirm that the subscription has rolled-over and the payment has been processed. The account is now paid up-to-date. There should be no further issues with this and the subscription will rollover automatically again, going forward.

Hi Charlie,

I'm really sorry that there has been a problem with this. After checking the account it looks like the subscription has not rolled-over automatically, like it usually would on the 16th of each month. We have set that to do so now, so that should renew at midnight tonight. I will check it in the morning to make sure this has happened. In the meantime I have added an override to your account, so all users will be able to access everything as normal; until the subscription renews.
