Cannot stop clear book from sending a repeating email to one of me clients

One of my clients keeps getting a reminder email from clear books and I do not have access to turn it off, Can you rectify ASAP.

Hello Adam,

Is the email a reminder to subscribe? Because your trial has expired and you haven't closed your account, you will receive these emails. If you send us an email to contact support, I can generate you a new password so that you can log in and close your account.
