unable to retrieve default vat rate list in api

We are integrating Clearbooks api with our application(Auto-Entry) and facing an issue that We are unable retrieve default vat rate list (shown in clear books UI while creating Invoice) using your api.

Hi, I have queried this with our Development Team and they have responded that unfortunately this is not currently possible in our API.
