I can't set up Foreign Currency Accounts. Clear Books doesn't show Foreign Currency Accounts, all accounts show GBP amount

Firstly have you turned on Multicurrency functions in the Toggle features (in Settings)?
If so then, when you add foreign currency bank accounts, you have to set the default currency in the bank setup page, to the foreign currency, per the screenshot below.
If you do this then you should see the foreign currency accounts below the £ ones on the Getting started page, with two boxes for each, per this guide: https://www.clearbooks.co.uk/support/guides/multi-currency-2/foreign-account-opening-balance/
