I don't seem to be able to create a VAT return?

When I go to reports there is no tax option and I therefore have no idea where to go to create a VAT return! Help!

I'm not aware of any back story to this - did you raise a ticket or call up about the transfer?

Wish this had been explained to be when the client was transferred over from another accountant. It was supposed to be kept as exactly the same subscription. This would have saved me a lot of time. Not too happy with clearbooks...

Ah I see, thanks, Abigail - they will need to upgraded to the Together+ subscription to be able to use VAT.

Yes it is on a client account and they seem to be on a together subscription

Is this on a client account - and if so are they on a Together+ or Together subscription (Home>Subscription)?
