PDFs are broken again.

"Whoops! Something unexpected happened!" when trying to download anything as PDF, or sending invoices by email (with option to send copy as PDF toggled on).
This is a recurrence of a problem which I reported 6 days ago, and which at the time appeared to have been fixed.
