Urgent:: Account still blocked more than 24hours after Subscription payment

Please Sir,

We are getting disappoing support experience on our account. Could you please help to resolve problem we are facing with subscription?

Payment has been made and has already been charged on my creditcard more than 24hours ago. But not yet reflected on our account.

We really want to use the system without further delay.

Hi Maurice,

It looks as though your account is currently on an over ride as their was a problem with your payment. There is an error message displayed, however, you should be able to process transactions - can you confirm if this is the case or not?
