Imported statements that need explaining vanished

I had 6000 transaction for my HSBC account pending explaining and has vanished. Please put the missing file back. Now I can only see the Credit card imported translations, but not the HSBC one. Thank you!

Sorry to hear this Marian,

Was the statement imported using Yodlee or our own bank import tool? Unfortunately, we cannot re-instate imported statements, however, if this is a Yodlee issue you can delete the link to the bank account (on Tools>Integrations>Yodlee) and re-link it setting an appropriate start date to re-import the missing transactions.
