Emailed receipts not showing in Manage Attachments

We have been emailing receipts to the API email address but they are not showing in the Manage Attachments. Is this function still working?

Hi Vivienne,
This should be working, however, there is a known problem if you include a CC or BCC in the email to the scans address, so please remove any CCd or Bccd addresses if you have them. If this still persists then please create a ticket with your details so we can investigate further.
