New theme

Problem reported by Alex Lee 12 years ago

I use Google Chrome as my primary browser and have recently adopted the new theme as my default layout on ClearBooks. I also have the zoom level set to 75% in my browser as screen 'real estate' is at a premium and I am working on ClearBooks and Excel simultaneously.

As of this morning the font in the description field of new purchases has changed to a courier derivative that is very difficult to read at this zoom level, which of course makes inputting data more difficult. Also the orange highlight that used to indicate the cursor position when in the drop-down menu fields has disappeared. I rely on keyboard entry, using short-cuts and the tab key for speed of entry: I use the mouse as little as possible. This has made navigating around the new purchase page nigh on impossible with out recourse to the mouse, something that has killed my productivity.

Is there anyway in which these could be restored to the default sans serif font and visible highlight of yesterday (20/02/13) or more customisable options available so that I can navigate more easily and accurately?

Otherwise, I really like the new theme, does speed up some operations immensely.

Thanks

Alex

Hello Alex,

We very much appreciate your feedback.

Apparently the textareas were using a different font (monospace) instead of our new font, which is used in content (Open Sans). This should now be fixed and should be readable in much smaller sizes. You should also notice that highlighting is now in place for all form elements.

Thanks,

Ermos
