Foreign currency account totals wrong in bank account list

There's a bug with the system: In the list of bank accounts $ denominated accounts show the £ figures, not the USD figures, but with a $ prefix

I also had a similar problem with our Euro denominated account, we were unable to fix it and it required Shaya off the Clearbooks team to sort. I opted to return to STG currency and now make the Euro conversion manually.
