Postcode entry

Not a fan of your new layout but have to live with it so it seems. Anyway, have for some time - even before upgrade - had an issue with entering postcode in new customer account boxes inasmuch as that as soon as I click the 'search' icon to find the address Chrome finds the address but then 'Hangs' for maybe 30 seconds or more with display on tab saying 'not responding' . This only applies to entry of postcode and I have to then wait to put in the house number until Chrome responds again. Happens on two computers running Windows 10.

Hi Beverley,

You can switch back to the old invoice creation design if that is what you are referring to - Click on the Preview link at the top of the menu and hit the Stop button for the invoice creation menu.

Regarding the Postcode issue - I have not been able to re-create this just yet - are there any other messages in the Not responding screen? Also, would it be possible to try this in another browser (Firefox, Edge or Safari) just to be sure it is a browser related problem?
