Unable to approve expenses

Hi,

We have been unable to approve some employees expenses, getting the 'well this is embarassing' error page when trying to do so. I have attached a screenshot for your information. Please advise.

The technical team have been made aware of this one already and should be putting the fix live very soon. I will update you on their progress.

Sorry for the delay - the fix for this should be live now, however, if you are still experiencing any problems just let me know.

Thank you but, unfortunately, we are still unable to approve the expenses and are receiving the same error message.

Oh sorry, Graham - would it be possible to send a ticket with your account details and the expense you are trying to approve? I will then re-escalate to our technical team and keep you updated.

This message was preventing other customers from approving expense, however, it sounds as though there is something more specifically wrong on your account.
