I cancelled my HR and not the accounting - yet you have stopped both. I was posting invoices when a red bar suddenly appeared advising me not to add personal information as it was a shared demo account!! The last direct debit taken for accounts was 12th December.

WHAT IS GOING ON?!!

Hi Carol,

Would it be possible to try logging out and back in, as the account's subscription seems to be fine on our admin? I have just tried logging into your account as yourself and can access accounts.

Closing the account is the only way it should be possible to close the accounts subscription.
