We are no longer receiving the clearbooks weekly reports email

I have checked the settings on our account and it is ticked to receive the above report but we are not receiving the weekly report at the moment. Could you please look into this. Many thanks.

Would it be possible to let me know your company name and I will ask the technical team to investigate further.

We are also not receiving the automated clearbooks weekly financial report. It stopped for us 6th January this year and I thought it was something I did, but looking at this post it seems not. I've checked the settings and my spam filters, but nothing. It's like someone has switched the process off.
