"Clearbooks not responing due to long running scripts"

When i try to reconcile a payment for one of my customers Invacare International Sarl. Its takes a while to load then a message comes up in the screen saying "Clearbooks not responing due to long running scripts"
It does not do this on any of my other customers only one.
I thought it may have been my laptop but it does exactly the same on any computer/laptop.
