projects not reporting

Koasta Ltd - counter sales for November for Cowley
Although the journal is entered and Cowley has been picked as the project for the entire journal, the individual lines do not have this and so are not reporting on a profit and loss.

How has this happened? ie user or system error

How can you remedy this ?

Hi Martin,

It looks as though when project line items is enabled it makes the main project field on journals defunct i.e. you would need to assign a project to all lines on the counter sales journal.

The technical team will investigate and either make the main project field on journals take priority when selected or remove the main project field on journals when project invoice items is enabled.
