Incorrect bank balance

Hi, on my money tab the balance of account "Credit Agricole Normandie" is showing as xxxx Euros. However the correct balance is xxxx Euros, which is displayed correctly when I go into the dashboard or bank statement in Clearbooks. Please can you advise. Thanks, Duncan.
