Dashboard GBP

Something has happend to my dashboard this morning, it says GBP everywhere instead of a £ sign? whats happend and how do i change it back? i cant have it like this i can hardly understand what its saying

Hi Laura,

There is a toggle for this on the Settings>Configure system>Toggle features menu (Accounting tab) - this should switch between symbols and code:
