Purchase orders not saving

When creating a purchase order after saving it says successful but no purchase order is being created.

Sorry about this Antony,
The Save button moves the PO to completed, although when you hit save, the menu does not return you to the Completed tab (something I have raised with the development team) it returns you to the Draft tab which appears as though the PO is missing. If you switch to the Complete tab (for the meantime) you will find your POs. I will update you as soon as this is resolved.
