Why can't I see this email?

Under invoices, I can see an invoice RFT100990 to Vavona Joinery and it has a blue envelope to denote it has been sent.

When I look under Contacts / Emails, I can only see a follow up email for that invoice number - not the email that should have gone out with the invoice.

Would you please investigate and tell me where I am going wrong.

Hi Jackie,

That is correct. Once sent, the email content changes for the next time one will be sent for that particular invoice. This is because the system assumes that you want to send a reminder, rather than alerting the customer once again, that the invoice has been created.

If you would like to view and resend the last email sent with this invoice, please go to Contacts> Emails> All emails and click on the magnifying glass or envelope next to it, respectively.
