Amazon Credit Card (UK) - Not Refreshing

Hi,

Amazon Credit Card (UK) has not been refreshing the last couple of days, I have checked the status update page and cannot see a know issue.

Please advise.

I have always submitted a ticket and someone has been able to help me?
