Can't delete payment or transaction

Hello,

I have accidentally allocated a transaction to bill that I did not want to. I have tried to delete the payment on its own and also tried voided the whole transaction.

The transaction has not been included in previous VAT returns.

Every time I attempt to void either part of the transaction I get the following message:

The page you requested could not be found. If you clicked on a link and ended up here then please contact support.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Vicki - if this persists then you will need to contact support as they can login to the accounts to check out what's going on. So either send a message via the ? icon or an email to contact support.

Sorry I have been so long in responding, clearbooks does not seem to alert you to responses in the community forum, could this be another issue worth looking at?
