Problem while Filing EPS

Hey, i am trying to File EPS for one client on Clearbooks payroll and enterted the Credentials correctly i.e PAYE and Accounts office reference but when trying to file it to HMRC it gives the error and i attached the screen shot as well for your reference. Kindly let me know about the solutions for this so that i can file EPS ASAP thanks

If you could send me the account details and the screen shot (as it doesn't seem to have processed properly) to Support@clearbooks.co.uk. I will have a look into this for you.

The name of company is SMF Cleaning Ltd and please find bellow screen shot of details

Could you double check with HMRC that the credentials you have been provided with are accurate?
