Admin users left, password reset

We wanted to remove colleagues who were previously administrators but we cannot proceed. Can you help us further?

The users to be removed in our respective companies are attached in the below picture. There is also a set up account that I need your assistance in resetting and prompting for a new password. Thanks.

Hi Mary,

I have removed the screenshot to avoid sharing sensitive information to the public. I am currently looking into this and will have a resolution shortly. Alternatively, it is advised to email into contact support when there is personal information involved.

I have spoken with our Support Team Leader and unfortunately, I am unable to proceed with the requests as I would require a scanned copy of a sign off from the Director of each company and their ID.

Will the CFO be sufficient to authorise this?

I can ask the Director/CEO and he may confirm via email as he is always out of the country or travelling.

Hi Mary,

It is unlikely the CFO would be sufficient unless they are shown as the director on Companies House. In this case, it would be best for the director to send an email with the request and ID to contact support.
