Not Able to Back Date Payment

Hi,

I have an error of back dating payments as in the screen shot.

After filling the details and click explain payment, it will clear the entry in the amount.

I have already done the translation from the bottom of the page as the case in entering the bills however, this does not work for the bank transaction Money Out.

Could please check on this?

Hi Cecille,

No, that shouldn't matter. I think I've found the problem, did you input 199,65 instead of 199.65? I was able to recreate the error using 199,65.

Yes, it is like that, it resets the value. I am using google chrome. Would that matter?

Hm, I'm glad you found a workaround. However, what happens when you click Explain Money Out? Does the system reset the amount value and produce that error message? Just out of interest, which internet browser are you using?

Unfortunately, its still the same for me.

I have tried paying it another way, thru opening the suppliers name, now it worked.
