Hello,
I usually export the Aged Debtors report by downloading as CSV but it just comes up with a blank page. I have tried in a few different browsers but still the same. Is there an issue with this feature at the moment.

I have just looked into your account and it appears that file being downloaded is corrupt. I will have to forward this onto our developers to resolve this issue. However, in the meantime, the best alternative would be to copy and paste the Aged Debtors table and paste it into a spreadsheet which should retain the same layout.

Hi Chris,
Just a quick update.
Our developers have looked into this, it appears that there was an encoding issue. We've recently changed the way we transport the data which needs to be exported but have now resolved this issue. You should be able to export the aged debtor report as per usual.
