CIS filing

Dear Sirs, I use clear book to file and send CIS monthly to HMRC. I filed on time the CIS over the last months and I got the receipt of delivery. Now if I check online the clear book website I get this message:

This return has been submitted and processed by HMRC electronically, but there were errors. Your correlation id is 963D4CA6ACF24833AEBD2B14D3C856AB.

The Gateway could not locate a record for the supplied correlation ID - the submission may have been deleted or the correlation ID may be invalid; If you have not received a response you should resubmit the document.

What I have to do ? Thank You and wait for your answer Enrico

Hi Enrico,

Our technical team are looking into why this may be happening, as it appears that there may be an issue with the communication between your government gateway and Clear Books.

I have created a ticket for you and will be in touch as soon as more is known about this issue.
