Bounced Cheque Error

If you apply apply a bounced cheque payment to an REC or PAY prefixed transaction, the system marks the transaction as unpaid. However you can't re-apply a payment to this transaction - I don't think the system likes RECs and PAYs to be marked as unpaid.
