Issue in Adding Account

We tried to invite one of our staff to have access to one of our client account . The staff received the invitation email of clearbooks, email contain

" (name of staff) has invited you to become a member of the following Clear Books account:

(organisation name)

Click here to log into Clear Books.

(organisation name) is now available in your list of organisations."

But when we try to log in the organisation that is mention still not added to her account.

What should we do to this issue? Thank you

Please direct this query to Support@clearbooks.co.uk including further information regarding the staff member that has given access and the account that is failing to be displayed.
