Default Account Code

Hi

When I set up a new customer, I always enter their default account code but when I enter bulk invoices, why do I have to re-enter their account code. Surely it should automatically come up as I enter the customer??

Hi Joelle,

That is strange - the account code should automatically come up if this has been entered in the customer's defaults. Are you able to email into contact support your account name so I can investigate this further?
