Recurring entries not working

Hi,

We have created several recurring entries and it was not working at month end (September) when it was supposed to create an automatic entry.

The recurring entries were made start of the year and only on September that it did not recur.

To resolve this, we have deleted the old recurring entries and and created a new one from September.

However, on 12th October, the old recurring entries were created which doubled the new recurring entry we have created.

Please see attached sample.

Could you please check on why is this happening?

Hi Cecille,

There was a slight issue last week where recurring entries were not generated. Our developers had then resolved the issue so that the missing entries were generated. In this case, you should remove the duplicate entries.

Notice that the second entry happen only on 12th October while the first entry was end of September.
