Options on Payments

Hi,

I used to have an option to close the remaining unpaid amount of an invoice.

Could you please check why this option is not possible now?

Hi Cecille,

Our developers have now resolved the issue, you should see the Credit, FX, Write off options on the side of the Payment History section.
