Locked out of account

I have updated card details but it says I could be locked out whilst waiting for payment for upto 10 days. Can this be changed as I need access now..

I have updated card details but it says I could be locked out whilst waiting for payment for upto 10 days. Can this be changed as I need access now..
Hi Andrew,
The system is designed to lock accounts if payments had failed over 3 times. As Direct Debit can take up to 10 days to clear, the system will keep the account locked until the payment is successful.
However, in this case, we are able to unlock the account, are you able to send in your company name to contact support please?

I emailed contact support but am still locked out? Account is JPR Tiling Consultants
