Locked out of account

Hi

My account has been locked. Payment was tried over Xmas on an old card. Ive updated card but says could be 10 days. I desperately need access to my service to keep on top of my accounts? what can I dot to get access?

Please help.

Hi Ben,

Are you able to email in your account name to contact support? As Direct Debit takes up to 10 days to clear, the system would lock the account until payment has been successful. However, we are able to manually unlock your account.
