Merge Contacts

The option to Merge Contacts does not show anywhere. What happened with the option to merge duplicate clients or suppliers?

Hi Chris,

Unfortunately, the feature is still disabled as we try to troubleshoot the issue. I completely understand the frustration and I apologize for the inconvenience this causes, but we are on call to perform any merger requests as is needed via support in the meantime.

Hi John,

Any update on the merge facility yet?

We tend to use it a lot due to receipt bank selecting multiple different suppliers all the time. For example on one invoice they will select 'BT', on the next 'British Telecom' and the next 'BT Business'. Very frustrating!

Sorry Marian,

We have had to remove this for the time being as it could cause a severe problem - in the mean time if you would like any contacts merged just send a message to contact support and we will get this done ASAP.
