MTD onboarding

I've registered for MTD with HMRC and generated a Q1 VAT Return, which is flagged 'MTD'. However, I can't see an option to file it online. I'm trying to retrace my steps, but the Tax\VAT option contains only one option 'VAT Return'. Where can I find the MTD onboarding option?
