VAT Box 7

Box 7 on the VAT return to my knowledge should show "Total value of purchases, Excluding VAT" However mine appears to be displaying the same value as Box 4 -£10.82 "VAT reclaim on purchases"? I'm running Sage side by side whilst I migrate across to this platform and sage is displaying £54.13 which is what i would expect to see. What am i doing wrong?
