Cannot view a PDF invoice or Purchase when using Chrome Browser.

Looking for some advice. When using chrome browser i suddenly cannot view PDF invoices or purchases when I click on the View PDF button. (I can open and view PDF documents from other sources and if we upload receipts as PDFs I can see these) A new screen opens but the whole screen is a dark grey colour. There are no error messages. If i use Microsoft edge as the browser I can view PDF invoices Ok when I click the View PDF button. Anyone any suggestions on how I can resolve the chrome issue.

Hi Norrie,

Do you have the McAffee plugin installed for Chrome? This has been a source of this exact problem for a few people recently.

Thanks John, I have removed the McAffee plugin from my Chrome browser. Working as it should. Many thanks
