Importing bank statements

One of my clients has an automatic inter-account transfer arrangement with their bank. For some strange reason that sometimes produces zero transactions. However, when uploading a csv file which contains a zero transaction Clearbooks seems to find it necessary to enter an amount. This creates a false entry and a discrepancy between Clearbooks and the bank statement, which is difficult to track down when it later becomes apparent.

Why does Clearbooks behave this way? Can it not accept a zero transaction amount?
