feed not linking to my bank?

Problem reported by Lisa Cook 5 years ago

Hi I cannot seem to re-link my bank account to the Clear Books system? It was there last week when I checked, but now it's saying my bank feed has been disconnected?

Please can you help me?

Hi Mohamed,

We have the same problem with our HSBC accounts following this replacement of Yodlee last week. After speaking on the phone to your technical, we are still awaiting a mail shot to update us when this fault is repaired?

When trying to connect it still says no account information to share? When contacting HSBC they say they dont support clearbooks.

Please can we have an update from Clearbooks on their progress with HSBC on this matter?

thanks

Hi Alan,

I understand that this has been resolved by another agent. If you require anything further please let us know and we won't hesitate to help. Have a lovely day.

All the best,

Mohamed.

I have the same issue.

I took this as an opportunity to open up a new account with Starling. Wow, looks good so far and totally free business banking.

I thought that Plaid would automatically download transactions 4 times a day, but that has happened. That's my issue at the moment.

Hi Mohamed, yes of course thank you. I will do this right now.

Kind Regards, Lisa

Hi Lisa,

Can i ask you to raise this as a support request by emailing contact support? Then I can investigate this further.

All the best,

Mohamed.

Yes sure it's HSCB Business Banking.

Hi Lisa,

Can i ask you to confirm what bank you are trying to link?

All the best,

Mohamed.
